I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults, as I am passionate about helping people with a variety of mental health challenges. I view therapy from a holistic perspective and aim to help each person with their own unique needs. I strive to engage in trauma-informed practice to help each person feel safe sharing their story with me. I utilize person-centered, strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal psychotherapy approaches to help people heal from trauma, develop effective coping and communications skills, gain a new perspective, and promote change. I enjoy engaging with children through play and family therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness-based activities to help my clients achieve a healthy mind-body connection.
